Date Shopping in Parra
Wednesday, 18 January 2012 @ 01:10 | 0 Comment [s]

So it was the cutest thing that two of my gay friends both seemed to have dates (with two different people) and turned to me to go shopping for new clothes. Andre, Brendan, Alice and I all travelled to Parra to tackle the January sales and hopefully get some new pretty clothes. We began by shopping for the boys which was so difficult as every time we asked what they liked, we got the typical "i dont know" LOL. After travelling to so many shops the boys finally had quite a few things and were getting into the swing of what they were looking for. Then came the girls turn to go shopping so the two boys headed off to get fancy new hair cuts while Alice and I went uni clothes shopping.
First we went to buy nail polish at this cute little stall on the third floor. I LOVE THESE POLISHES! They are the best quality polishes I've ever owned, they apply on so well and leave no weird streaks and and and they also dry fast (which is the best invention in the world as i tend to do my nails and then for some reason fall asleep) and come in so many awesome colours, seriously if you are ever in Parramatta you have to buy at least one polish from these people. OH ALSO they ARENT expensive, i bought all 6 for 25 and they arent tiny bottles guys :D Next we headed to all the stores trying to find clothes for my very very very very EXTREMELLYYY picky bbfl, Alice. At the end of it she finally bought a dress!!! SO PROUD :"D, I bought two maroon dress (I must miss macfields) and a gradient purple singlet that both me and Alice bought kekekeke :D

Finally, we stopped off at this shop which sells things seen in morning glory but it was going through a closing down sale so everything was incredibly cheap :D Altogether I spent $50 in that store buying a hello kitty lunch box and pencil case, a keroppi comb and holder, blue bow earrings, large black mirror, decorative diamontes, mashimaro slippers and a Luffy plushie for our friend, Hieu's bday. ALSO before I forget, we stopped off at Typo so Alice could buy books for uni and while there she spotted a $5 canvas picture of under that famous bridge in America (sorry guys, im no expert) so as expected I couldnt help myself and I bought it :D so happy to soon put it up in my room.
By the end of the day we sat on the bus with hardly enough space to sit as our laps were full of shopping bags, overall the day was a success with everyone going home with their hands full. Thank you Parramatta and shopping gods
